Why MIKO exists

In projects with small and medium-sized businesses, we kept seeing the same pattern: game development can be compelling, but for most organisations it is too expensive and too resource-intensive. At the same time, the potential is clear. Game design brings together exactly what learning needs: clear goals, meaningful feedback and decisions people can experience. MIKO translates these principles into a focused format: scenarios in which people make decisions, experience consequences and genuinely apply what they know. The result is the motivation of game design – without the cost and complexity of building a game.
