Sub-processors

Active sub-processors Status: 28 August 2026, pilot phase
 
This page lists the sub-processors that process personal data on behalf of Rotmont GmbH in connection with the operation of the MIKO product and website. A complete description of data processing is available in the Privacy Policy.
 
Current sub-processors

  • Supabase Inc. [Product] (USA, data hosted in the EU / Frankfurt) — Hosting of the database, authentication, storage and Edge Functions.
  • Lovable Labs [Product] (Lovable.dev, USA, EU representative in Sweden) — Technical platform for frontend hosting, custom domains and proxy routing of AI requests through the AI Gateway to Google Gemini.
  • Google LLC (Gemini API) [Product] (Generative AI for Mentor Chat (model: google/gemini‑3‑flash‑preview), practice dialogue (model: google/gemini-2.5-flash-lite) and level summaries (models: google/gemini-3-flash-preview / google/gemini-2.5-flash). Access takes place exclusively through the Lovable AI Gateway. In accordance with the provider’s information, prompt content is not used to train Gemini models.
  • Mailjet / Sinch Email AB [Product] (France / EU) — Delivery of transactional emails and authentication emails, including webhook events.
  • Calendly LLC [Website] (USA) — Landing page only: external appointment booking for demo presentations and workshops. Calendly has no direct access to MIKO learning or account data.
  • Neue Medien Münnich [Website] (Germany) — Domain and DNS management, as well as parts of the web hosting for playmiko.com.
  • Google Site Kit / Google LLC [Website] (USA) — Combines two services on playmiko.com: (1) Google Search Console for website indexing and performance monitoring. (2) Google Analytics for measuring reach and visitor behaviour. Cookies and identifiers are set, and usage data is transferred to the United States.

 
Inter and DM Sans have been self-hosted since 28 May 2026. Google Fonts is therefore no longer a sub-processor. CDN and edge services, such as Cloudflare and Vercel, act solely as technical sub-processors of the providers listed above and are not listed separately here. OpenAI is not actively routed through the AI Gateway during the pilot phase. If activated at a later stage, it will be added again with the note: “optional, via Lovable AI Gateway”.
 
Changes
 
Changes to this list will be announced at least 30 days in advance and give rise to an extraordinary right of termination in accordance with Section 5.3 of the Terms and Conditions.
